KRIS RAMJI

CEO/President
Kris is the President, Founder, and CEO of Slate Ventures. With more than 25 years of real estate development experience, Kris has led projects representing more than $500 million in development value across over 1 million square feet of commercial and mixed-use assets, while contributing to more than $400 million in real estate sales. He has built a strong track record of identifying, structuring, and executing value-driven opportunities throughout the full development lifecycle, including site selection, entitlements, infrastructure, construction oversight, leasing, and asset management. By combining market insight with disciplined execution, Kris has consistently transformed complex opportunities into high-quality projects that create sustainable long-term value.
Amman Sidi
CFO
Amman Sidi serves as Chief Financial Officer of Slate Ventures, where he oversees financial strategy, capital sourcing, underwriting, investor relations, and project risk management across the firms’ investment and development portfolio. With more than 25 years of leadership experience, Amman brings expertise in mergers and acquisitions, financial strategy, and operational execution. Prior to joining Slate, he served as a Partner at a consulting firm, advising large public and middle-market organizations on complex transactions representing approximately $20 billion, including acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic growth initiatives. His experience across large-scale transactions and capital allocation decisions brings disciplined financial oversight to investment strategy, with a focus on underwriting rigor, downside protection, and long-term value creation.
